Deposits

$100 deposit is required for all booking in order to secure an appointment. This will be deducted from the total amount payable on the day of your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

For ultimate client satisfaction, we set aside a substantial appointment time. Therefore a minimum of 2 business days notice is required  to cancel or make chances to an appointment. If you fail to cancel or change your appointment with less than 2 business days notice you will forfeit your deposit and a new deposit will be required to book a new appointment.

Clients that do not show up for their appointment will forfeit their deposit.

This cancellation policy also applies to touch up appointments. Failure to provide notice of cancellation or request change to appointment will incur a fee. 

Children  and Guests

We hope that you can understand that our salon is not a child friendly environment. We do not want to compromise the quality of your service we kindly ask that you attend your appointment alone. 

Please be on time

We kindly ask that you arrive on time to your appointment out of respect for the practitioner and other clients. If you are more than 15 minutes late for any appointments, we will need reschedule your appointment.

 Gift Cards NO Refunds or RETURNS

1. All sales of gift cards are FINAL. Gift cards cannot be returned ,refunded, cancelled, or exchanged for cash, This is a standard practice to protect our customers and our business from fraud.

2.Gift cards can be redeemed for services at our store .Gift cards are not debit or credit cards, They are not redeemable for cash and cannot be retuned for a cash refund. 

3. You may check your gift card balance in -store or online, Gift cards does not expire, and no fees are charged against the balance.
